EQ Dosage:

• For men, the average dose is 400-600mgs per week, but I’ve seen guys go up to 1000mgs per week as long as cycle aids were used.

Dosage :The use of 300-400mg/week is normally recommended when it comes to EQ use. There have been reports of users 'front-loading' it to achieve greater results.
